Returns & refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be new and unused, in the same condition they arrived in, and packed in their original packaging. We never charge restocking fees.
To start, email support@ariellaglow.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a tracked service is worth it. Prefer a different piece? Just ask and we will sort an exchange.
Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund is processed within 7 days to the original payment method, though your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
